Chocolate Concierge - Vosges Haut-Chocolat - $20-$24 / hour Description :

• Join Vosges Haut-Chocolat as a Chocolate Concierge and help share our luxurious, globally inspired confections with the world.  We're seeking warm, food-loving individuals who are passionate about storytelling through chocolate and delivering an exceptional guest experience.  As a Concierge, you’ll educate guests on our unique products, handle transactions, maintain a clean boutique environment, and ensure every interaction is delightful and memorable.  If you thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and want to be part of a creative, chocolate-obsessed team—this is your dream job.                                                                                Responsibilities : Provide exceptional guest service by prioritizing guest satisfaction at all times Greet guests warmly with eye contact and a smile Educate guests on Vosges Haut-Chocolat products and brand story Process sales transactions and follow all cash handling procedures Promote and explain in-store marketing promotions Assist with new product rollouts and actively sell to guests Maintain a clean, organized, and safe boutique environment Handle guest concerns respectfully and with urgency Communicate guest feedback to management Complete boutique opening and closing procedures    Participate in putting away weekly chocolate shipments and monthly inventory counts                           Skills / Experience :   Experience in specialty retail or a customer-focused environment Friendly and guest service oriented Ability to communicate effectively Neat and clean hygiene Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency Team player Interest in chocolate and foodie culture Requirements :    Ability to stand / walk 8 hours Must be able to lift to 20 pounds occasionally Required to frequently reach, bend, stoop, and carry Must be able to tolerate potential exposure to allergens : peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood and shellfish Benefits : $20 per hour Product discounts All the delicious, luxury chocolate you can handle!
