Associate Director Of Foundation Relations - Office Of Development
The Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) is a non-profit, bipartisan public policy organization established in 1962 to provide strategic insights and practical policy solutions to decision makers concerned with global security and prosperity. Over the years, it has grown to be one of the largest organizations of its kind, with a staff of some 250 employees, including more than 120 analysts working to address the changing dynamics of international security across the globe.
CSIS's Development program is growing, and we are looking to hire an Associate Director of Foundation Relations to increase support from Foundations and strengthen relationships with our existing Foundation partners.
The Associate Director of Foundation Relations is a key member of the CSIS team that leads efforts to strategically develop relationships with and strengthen financial support from corporations, foundations, governments, and individuals to advance the Center's institutional goals and objectives. The position reports to the Senior Director of Development Operations and partners closely with the CDO, Gift Officers and Research Programs to develop long-term strategies for Foundation giving.
We are looking for an individual with deep knowledge of Foundation fundraising, an open-minded and entrepreneurial mind-set and an ability to build trust with internal stakeholders.
The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $125,000.
