Position Purpose :

The Senior Packaging Designer (Temp) will play a key role in elevating Lindts brand presence across packaging and retail experiences. Reporting to the Senior Creative Manager, this role will be responsible for designing and executing innovative packaging, POS, and display solutions that align with brand guidelines, elevate consumer experience, and meet retailer requirements.

The ideal candidate will bring significant experience in packaging and brand design, strong 3D visualization capabilities, and the ability to oversee and maintain packaging style guides. While direct consumer packaged goods experience is a plus, it is not required. This is a hands-on, highly skilled design role that also contributes to strengthening processes and standards.

This is a hybrid role that requires three days per week in our Stratham, NH corporate office.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities

Packaging & POS Design

• Concept, design, and develop packaging, corrugate displays, and POS materials that reflect Lindts premium brand positioning.
• Create impactful 3D renderings and structural packaging mockups using IC3D / Esko Studio.
• Translate brand identity into design solutions across seasonal and core programs, ensuring consistency at every touchpoint.
• Prepare and release print-ready files in alignment with printer specifications and retailer style guides.
