A company is looking for a Revenue Enablement Manager who will focus on building seller skills and delivering consistent execution across the global revenue organization.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging workshops and coaching sessions on sales skills and methodologies
Inspire consistent adoption of sales methodologies and create practical tools for sellers
Contribute to onboarding and ongoing education programs by developing training modules and sales playbooks
Required Qualifications
5+ years in revenue or sales enablement with a proven record of coaching sellers
Direct experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Force Management
Solid facilitation and coaching skills with the ability to engage sellers and leaders
Prior experience as a seller (AE, BDR, or SE) with a successful track record
Experience in high-growth SaaS, logistics, or e-commerce environments
