✅ Required : \n\nMinimum 2 years of in-hospital Endoscopy RN experience\n\nCertifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS (mandatory)\n\nNo block scheduling allowed\n\nMust be flexible and self-motivated\n\n⭐ Preferred : \n\nPulmonary Procedure Experience (e.g., bronchoscopy / EBUS / ION)\n\n 🕒 Schedule & Call\n\nWeekends : 2 × 24-hour call shifts every 6 weeks\n\nWeeknight Call : 1 night / week
