Ceramist - Crown and Bridge
Compensation : $30–$35 / hour (annualized)

A well-established fixed dental laboratory in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Crown & Bridge Technician to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity for a highly skilled individual with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in fixed prosthetics.
Key Responsibilities :
- Independently produce 20 high-quality monolithic BruxZir crowns daily from start to finish
- Work within both analog and digital workflows to meet laboratory standards and client expectations
- Operate within tight turnaround timelines while maintaining exceptional quality control
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and ensure consistent case outcomes
- Utilize knowledge of milling systems and traditional crown & bridge techniques to support various case types
