Location : Glastonbury, CT
Pay : $18–$20 / hour + commission on membership sales
Schedule : Full-Time & Part-Time Roles Available
Serve as the studio's front-line leader in growing and retaining our member base
Welcome guests, learn about their wellness goals, and recommend the best membership options
Conduct studio tours and introductory stretch consultations to create lasting first impressions
Manage front desk operations, scheduling, and studio upkeep
Maintain an organized sales pipeline with consistent follow-up and lead tracking
Represent StretchLab Glastonbury at local community events and wellness partnerships
Collaborate with your team to deliver an exceptional, consistent member experience
Outgoing, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills—you thrive on connection
Sales-driven and motivated to meet or exceed monthly membership goals
Detail-oriented with excellent organization and follow-through
Passionate about fitness, wellness, and helping others live healthier, more active lives
Prior experience in fitness, hospitality, or membership-based sales is a plus (but not required)
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Competitive hourly rate : $18–$20 / hour + commission
