Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to code quality. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment. About the Role
We are seeking a talented Quantitative Developer to join a leading trading and investment technology team in Hong Kong. You will work closely with traders, researchers, and engineers to design and implement systems that power systematic trading strategies. Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain core trading and research infrastructure.
- Build scalable, high-performance systems for data processing, risk management, and trade execution.
- Collaborate with quants and traders to implement and support trading strategies.
- Contribute to system reliability through automation, monitoring, and incident response best practices.
- Design clean architecture and apply modern development practices to ensure robust, production-ready code.
