We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee operations at our automotive parts distribution center. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading the team in achieving operational excellence, with a strong focus on order fill rate, on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and process efficiency. This role requires a proactive leader who can foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and safety.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping.
• Optimize workflows and warehouse layout to ensure efficient movement and storage of inventory.
• Ensure high levels of inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and process controls.
