Job Description

• Develop Personalized Treatment Plans : Assess patient needs and craft individualized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional aspirations

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams : Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to offer all-encompassing, patient-centered care
