Urgent Care Veterinary Client Care Representative

AcutePet Urgent Care is seeking veterinary client care representatives to join us in opening a new urgent care center in Summerville, SC. Our expected opening is late April to May. We are building healthy and sustainable environments that are dedicated to our local communities while respecting life outside of work. At AcutePet Urgent Care, our DVM founders and owners share a combined 60 years of veterinary experience as clinicians, hospital creators, and executive operators. Our leadership team is comprised of professionals with extensive veterinary experience. Our DVMs will help provide a seamless connection between primary and emergency care, changing the way veterinary care is sought out and delivered.

Qualifications :

Ideal candidates are passionate about providing colleagues, clients, and pets with great experiences, especially in an urgent care environment. Previous client service experience in an animal care setting is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits :

Our full suite of benefits includes 100% company-paid employee health, dental, and life insurance premiums. Additional employer sponsored vision, disability insurance and many other offerings! No overnights or major holidays. Plus, your birthday is a paid holiday! Our weekly schedules include built-in time for personal and team well-being and development. Up to six weeks of paid parental / adoptive leave. Paid time off to allow you to maintain a healthy balance of work and personal time. Compensation includes $18-22 hourly base pay, plus eligibility to participate in our all staff profit sharing. Ongoing training and continuing education.
