Medical Secretary

Currently hiring for multiple Medical Secretary roles in the Greater Baltimore area.

• Key Responsibilities
• Register and schedule outpatient appointments
• Perform charge entry and collect co-pays
• Manage medical records : pull, refile, and maintain documentation
• Answer patient inquiries via phone with professionalism and empathy
• Process referrals and release of medical records information
• Support facility and professional collections optimization
• File loose reports and maintain filing systems
• Qualifications
• 1-2+ years of experience in medical scheduling, reception, administration, phone operations, co-pay collection, and prior authorizations
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00 / hr.
