BAYADA Home Health has an immediate opening for a Weekend RN, Registered Nurse to perform home health visits for our North Boston Senior Living team .
This office delivers exceptional care to adult and geriatric patients living in senior living communities (assisted living / independent living) throughout northern Boston / north shore area. One year recent prior clinical experience as a licensed RN is required. Previous Home Health Care experience is preferred, but not required. This position may also include seeing clients in the traditional home health community setting.
Please note : As this is mostly a Home Health Admission RN position, prior experience in Medicare-certified Home Health and OASIS documentation is strongly preferred.
If no Home Health and / or OASIS experience, candidate must be available to complete a full orientation during the week.
RN, Registered Nurse, Home Health Visits Qualifications
A current license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical / surgical) experience.
Prior home health / OASIS documentation experience strongly preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities
Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
Perform client assessments as necessary
Case management and coordination
Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet
Additional Information
Pay : $58-64 per productivity point, based on experience and negotiable
