HumanEdge Health is hiring an experienced Pediatric Float RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Albany, NY . This is a highly specialized opportunity to work across multiple pediatric units within a renowned children’s hospital.

Assignment Overview :

As part of the Children’s Hospital Float Pool (CHFP) , you’ll be trained to work in all pediatric areas of the hospital, including :

Neonatal ICU (NICU)

Pediatric ICU (PICU)

General Pediatric Floors

Postpartum Mother / Baby Unit

Pediatric Emergency Department (Peds ED)

Assignments are provided at the start of each shift and may change depending on real-time staffing and patient needs.

Patient Population :

Ages 0–21 with conditions including :

Prematurity

Respiratory illnesses

Trauma

Sepsis

Post-surgical recovery

Neurological disorders

Complex medical / surgical cases

Diabetic ketoacidosis

Requirements : Active NY RN License

Minimum 2 years of pediatric experience

Epic experience REQUIRED

Pediatric ICU, NICU, or Pediatric Med / Surg Float experience preferred

BLS and PALS (AHA only)

Start Date : September 2

Shift : 3x12s | Nights (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM)

Duration : 13 weeks

Weekends : Every other

Holidays : Rotating

Guaranteed Hours : 36 per week
