Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Field Superintendent. The Field Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Tasks include coordinating with subcontractors, managing materials and equipment, conducting site inspections, ensuring safety compliance, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction site management and supervision
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication and team coordination skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and other technical documents
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various job sites
• Preferred qualifications include previous experience as a superintendent in commercial construction
