Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative in Alvarado, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing a pipeline of leads, and closing sales through outbound calls and emails. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with a strong sales acumen, a passion for customer success, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Prior experience in inside sales or a related field is required, along with proficiency in CRM tools and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Requirements :

  • Proven inside sales experience or customer service experience
  • Must have manufacturing or industrial experience
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Must be able to type 40+WPM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Hours : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM

Compensation : $37k-$57k / year plus commission
