• Part Time - Full Time : 24-40 hours per week, Includes weekends and a Holiday assignment.

Shift Options :

Day / Evening : 7 : 00am-3 : 30pm, 7 : 00am-7 : 30pm, and 3 : 00pm-11 : 30pm

We are seeking a Nursing Assistant (CNA, NA) to :

At UW Health, you will have :

Education :

Minimum - High school diploma or equivalent and Graduate of State of Wisconsin Approved Nursing Assistant program

Work Experience :

Preferred - One (1) year recent experience as a Nursing Assistant

Licenses and Certifications :

Minimum - Must be listed on the Wisconsin Nurse Assistant / Home Health Aid Registry, CPR certification required within three months of hire

Preferred - CPR Certification
