Associate Manufacturing Plant Leader

$85,000 – $105,000 annually + Bonus Plan (with increases upon promotion to Plant Manager)

Role Snapshot

Join a fast-growing operation and become the Plant Manager’s key partner. You’ll guide day-to-day production, champion continuous improvement, and build the capabilities required to advance into full plant leadership.

Impact You’ll Make

  • Deliver safe, high-quality, on-time production.
  • Lead Lean, Kaizen, and RCCA initiatives to remove waste and drive efficiency.
  • Design and implement future-state value stream maps for smarter flow.
  • Develop people—set clear goals, mentor, and build a culture of accountability.
  • Collaborate across Engineering, Sales, Supply Chain, and more to align priorities.

Career Path

This is a growth role. As you master plant operations, you’ll step into a Plant Manager position—accompanied by increased compensation and scope.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience leading in a manufacturing environment (production / planning / quality).
  • Strong people leadership with a track record of coaching and engagement.
  • Demonstrated Lean expertise and continuous improvement results.
  • Change leadership—able to navigate and guide teams through transitions.
  • Knowledge of urethane, rubber, and / or steel processes is advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience welcome.

    • Compensation & Benefits

  • Base : $85,000–$105,000 + bonus plan.
