Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of sales engineers to demonstrate product capabilities and benefits
Collaborate with the product team to provide field insights and influence the product roadmap
Develop and execute strategic plans with sales and marketing teams to achieve sales objectives
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in sales engineering or technical sales roles in cybersecurity or data management
Experience with public cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps tools (CloudFormation, Terraform)
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
Strong leadership and team management skills
Deep understanding of data security principles and technologies
