Your Day-to-Day

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential (and some light commercial) HVAC systems
  • Communicate clearly with customersexplain issues and solutions in a way theyll appreciate
  • Work efficiently with teammates to get the job done right the first time
  • Use mobile tech for documentation and scheduling
  • Keep learningwell help you sharpen your skills with regular training

    • What You Bring

  • At least 2 years of HVAC service tech experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
  • Friendly, respectful, and professional with customers and coworkers
  • EPA certification (Type II or Universal preferred)
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record
  • Willing to participate in the on-call rotation (shared fairly!)
