Responsibilities

As an Agency Manager, youll lead the charge in building a successful insurance agency. Youll be responsible for :

Driving new business through strong sales, marketing, and networking

Leading day-to-day operations, including recruiting and managing a high-performing team

Delivering exceptional service while helping clients navigate their insurance needs

Creating and executing marketing strategies to grow your agency

Requirements

Were looking for growth-minded individuals with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Great candidates may have backgrounds in :

Sales, business development, or management

Retail, operations, or project management

Entrepreneurship or executive leadership

Youll thrive in this role if you are :

Qualifications :

College degree preferred, but not required

Prior sales or management experience required

Must pass a background check (criminal and financial)

Ability to obtain P&C and Life & Health insurance licenses within 45 days (well help!)
