Your Role :

As a Speech Therapist in Home Health, you will :

  • Assess and evaluate patient care needs related to speech and language disorders.
  • Provide functional training in communication, swallowing, and cognitive impairments.
  • Deliver services within the scope of practice as defined by state laws.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement therapy plans.
  • Evaluate patients' functional abilities using diagnostic tests.
  • Guide patients, families, and caregivers in speech therapy techniques.

    • License Requirements :

  • Must be currently licensed in Speech Therapy in the state of Kentucky.
  • Current CPR certification is required.
  • A valid driver's license and vehicle insurance are necessary, along with access to reliable transportation.
