As a Patient Access Services Representative, you are the first point of contact to patients and visitors as they come into the office. You'll perform a variety of front office administrative tasks. You'll work closely with a team of individuals dedicated to providing the positive patient experience.

Schedule : 32 Hours / Week

2 : 00pm-10 : 30pm working 3-4 days per week & Sundays

Duties :

Checking in and registering patients

Enter patient demographics

Scheduling appointments

Checking authorizations with authorization department

Taking payments

Working within Microsoft Office

Working with referring providers to deliver patient care for our exam
