Develop, Implement, and manage operational Policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. Will supervise the planning, execution, and evaluation of residential, day, and community support programs for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Will Ensure organization's adherence to all applicable state, federal, and accreditation standards.
