Job Title : Database Administrator (Part-time)

Location : Fort Worth, TX - 76109 | Onsite

Compensation & Schedule

  • $18–22 / hr
  • Monday–Wednesday, 8 AM to 5 PM
  • W2 | Temp-to-Hire

ROLE IMPACT

The Fund Development Database Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of donor data that drives fundraising success. This role supports strategic decision-making by managing reports, data segmentation, and trend analysis that enhance development operations and donor engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage all aspects of Virtuous CRM, including data entry, cleanup, segmentation, and reporting
  • Track individual, corporate, foundation, and event giving; monitor donor trends and community updates
  • Generate development dashboards and fundraising metrics for leadership decision-making
  • Maintain weekly donor acknowledgment process for monetary and in-kind gifts
  • Collaborate with team to build queries and reports for fundraising proposals, events, and goal tracking
  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with Virtuous or comparable CRM system
  • Experience with event management databases
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced mail merge functions
  • Strong commitment to data integrity, confidentiality, and organizational accuracy

  • Prior fundraising experience
  • Strong communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Ability to lift and / or move up to 25 pounds
  • Regular use of hands for computer tasks; occasional standing, walking, and stooping
  • Moderate noise environment
  • PRE-EMPLOYMENT

  • Criminal background check, MVR check, and drug screening required
  • Valid Texas driver’s license, acceptable driving record, insurance, and reliable transportation
