What You’ll Do

Diagnose and perform repairs and maintenance on customer vehicles

Use diagnostic tools and vehicle systems to accurately identify issues

Follow manufacturer guidelines to complete repairs to standard

Document work clearly and thoroughly on repair orders

Communicate effectively with service advisors and fellow technicians

Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized

Perform routine services including oil changes, fluid checks, brake jobs, and tire rotations

Support a high standard of customer satisfaction through reliable, efficient work

Qualifications

BMW Training preferred

ASE or equivalent certifications preferred

Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills

Excellent communication and customer service mindset

High school diploma or GED required

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
