Contents Manager - First Response (Twin Falls)

First Response, a division of Elite Restoration is currently looking for a Contents Manager.A person in this position is responsible for providing personal property (Contents) services on multiple projects in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

The Primary Responsibilities of this Role are :

• Lead, professionally develop, and ensure that safety of the contents team.
• Ensure that contents are properly inventoried, cleaned, packed, stored and returned to the owner.
• Oversee and maintain contents prep area and all storage areas for contents.
• Coordinate with the Project Managers, Adjusters and Homeowners for allocation of non-restorable items.
• Input accurate data in restoration management portal.
• Oversee job costs and ensure that schedules are met.
• Responsible for leading the task of the team to include :
• Disassembly and reassembly
• Mitigation services (Pack outs)
• Dry and wet cleaning
• Deodorization (ozone, foggers, etc.)
• Ambient air filtration
• Removing and disposing of debris
• Fire and Water Contents Cleaning
• Cleaning and Organizing Warehouse
• Tile Cleaning and Resealing
• Manage contents inventory and supplies
• Identify and resolve customer concern
• Entering information into Dash
