• 8 exam rooms, 1 procedure room, 1 cath lab, 2 ORs
• APP Support
• Licensure required : BLS, ACLS
• Expected daily patient volume for the clinic is 20-30 patients
• Clinic is open M-F but our surgeons typically only have 1 or 2 dedicated days they re in clinic
• Locum providers typically take 4 evening calls per month
• Looking for physicians with vascular focus
