Position Summary
Steamboat is looking for a Partnership Coordinator to join its growing and dynamic team. This role is responsible for supporting and executing activities associated with Steamboat's partnership strategy. This position will be responsible for developing and executing innovative partnership initiatives that enhance the resort's image, attract new audiences, and drive revenue. Essential Duties
Manage partnership assets and collaborations in-resort, ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled, and all parties receive maximum value from the partnershipsCoordinate resort partner hospitality requests & VIP arrivalsMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of brand partnership initiatives and projects, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvementCollaborate on the partnership social media strategy and assist with content creationPrepare regular reports and presentations on brand partnership activities, performance metrics, and applicable ROI to share with key stakeholdersManage procurement, receiving, organization and storage of partnership suppliesAssist with event production and ensure all sponsor-related obligations are fulfilledThis position requires working weekends and holidays as neededCompliance with all company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirementsOther duties as assignedRequired Qualifications
1+ years of sponsorship, marketing or account management experience is requiredExperience supporting or managing partnership contracts, events and / or brand activationsPassion for outdoor sports and resort activitiesStrong computer skills with some graphic design and organizational skills preferredMust be a high energy team player who approaches challenges in a fast-moving high-pressure environment with enthusiasmSelf-starter, go-getter with a desire to drive the businessHigh attention to detail ability to track small details for many partnersStrong sense of ownership and accountabilityMust be able to manage projects independently, handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment2 years of previous work history / education requiredCommunicate clearly in English, both verbal / non-verbal, and writtenInteract and maintain positive relationships with guests, co-workers and management consistent with Steamboat Ski and Resort Company's Service Excellence standardsEducation Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales or hospitality preferredHigh school diploma or GED equivalent requiredThe base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of the Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation's hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and / or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include many region-specific benefits.
Steamboat Resort hourly pay range : $24.00 $28.00 per hour
