We are currently partnered with a Series A FinTech firm that specializes in developing credit / banking products for underserved communities globally in search for a Senior / Staff Engineer based out of the Bay Area to join their team.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex backend systems spanning data models, APIs, and distributed components
- Own technical decisions from prototype to production, including scalability, performance, and fault tolerance
- Partner with product and leadership to translate business goals into robust, maintainable architecture
- Identify and manage tradeoffs in design decisions, balancing performance, reliability, and developer experience
- Lead code reviews, mentor teammates, and help set best practices for engineering quality
