As the dedicated Release Train Engineer (RTE) for a Network Products Portfolio (Release Train), you will function as servant?leader and primary coach for 5 teams. Your mission is to accelerate their journey from novice to bank standard agile proficiency within six months , enabling predictable delivery of network hardware / software certifications, risk? remediation actions, automation initiatives, and other infrastructure capabilities.

Key Responsibilities Area What You will Do Agile Program Facilitation Plan and run PI Planning, ART syncs, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt and retrospectives. Optimize flow of epics / features; manage cross?team dependencies and risks. | | Coaching & Capability Uplift | Coach Product Managers, Product Owners, and Tech Leads on Scaled Agile, Lean Agile mindset, and JIRA hygiene. Establish measurement framework to track maturity and accelerate adoption. | | JIRA Governance | Configure boards, workflows, dashboards, and automated reports; ensure data quality that feeds executive metrics. | | Continuous Improvement | Drive Inspect and Adapt action plans; remove impediments quickly; champion built?in quality and DevSecOps practices. | | Stakeholder Management | Provide transparent status and value delivery to SVP, Risk, Compliance, and Enterprise Change Management stakeholders. | Success Metrics (first 6 months) Maturity uplift : All teams achieve target proficiency against the bank’s Agile Maturity Model. Reliable cadence : 90% of committed PI objectives met after 2-3 PI cycles. Data quality : <5? JIRA issues missing required fields; automated reporting adopted by leadership. Required?Qualifications 5+ years recent RTE or multi?team Agile Coach experience driving at least two ARTs / Release?Trains end to end. Proven success coaching Technology Infrastructure or platform teams (networks, storage, cloud, data centers) rather than pure software engineering / product teams. Expert JIRA / Confluence administrator; able to design complex dashboards & reports. Demonstrated mastery of Scaled Agile ceremonies, dependency management, and impediment removal. Prior experience as a Scrum Master, successfully coaching teams to agile maturity. Outstanding virtual facilitation & communication skills. U.S. work authorization : ability to support teams during core U.S. business hours. Preferred?Qualifications Scaled Agile certification (e.g., SAFe Release Train Engineer). Experience in Financial Services or other highly regulated industries. Knowledge of Network Services and its lifecycle management and change control. Familiarity with enterprise risk & compliance frameworks.
