Familiarity with music notation and educational content is essential, as previous editors have struggled without this expertise.

Responsibilities :

  • Edit video lessons and course materials for clarity, pacing, and engagement
  • Sync video with music notation and on-screen elements as needed
  • Ensure final videos are polished and ready for upload to YouTube and course platforms
  • Collaborate with the content creator to understand project requirements and feedback
  • Meet deadlines for each assigned video project

Requirements

  • Proven experience in video editing, preferably for educational or music-related content
  • Ability to read music and understand music education concepts
  • Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow creative direction
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
