Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all purchasing functions for hotel supplies and equipment
- Maintain an organized and effective filing system for procurement records and vendor documentation
- Assist in obtaining bids and quotes from suppliers to ensure competitive pricing
- Evaluate and negotiate supplier contracts to optimize cost savings
- Collaborate with hotel departments to understand their supply needs and ensure timely procurement
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors to prevent shortages
- Contribute to cost analysis and budgeting processes related to procurement
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procurement standards
