Compensation : $100,000 – $140,000, based on experience

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Leading and mentoring the accounting team to ensure high performance and engagement
Managing full-cycle accounting including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and month-end close
Enhancing and enforcing internal controls and accounting policies to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
Driving cost accounting processes and delivering strategic insights into manufacturing performance and profitability
Leading ERP system integration and ensuring ongoing data integrity (Infor Syteline experience is a plus)
Collaborating with cross-functional leaders and executives to support strategic planning and business goals
Managing external audits, tax filings, and compliance with regulatory requirements
Identifying and implementing automation and process improvement opportunities
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
Strong background in manufacturing finance, particularly cost accounting and variance analysis
Deep knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and audit processes
Proficiency with ERP systems (Infor Syteline preferred)
Advanced Excel and financial reporting / visualization skills
Strong business acumen and the ability to think both strategically and tactically
Excellent communication and leadership skills
