Administrative Assistant – (Mission Valley, San Diego)
A well-established law firm in Mission Valley is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a professional environment and enjoys supporting a busy legal office. The pay range for this position is between $27 and $29 per hour, based on experience.
Responsibilities :
Provide administrative support to attorneys and paralegals, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents, reports, and filings
Maintain and organize client files, both electronic and hard copy
Answer and direct phone calls, greet clients, and manage office communications
Assist with billing, data entry, and other clerical tasks as needed
Coordinate mail distribution, scanning, and document archiving
Qualifications :
2+ years of administrative or office experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology
Professional demeanor and attention to detail
Working Hours : Full-time

8 : 00am – 5 : 00pm PST

Compensation : $27.00- $29.00 per hour DOE
This is a full-time, on-site position offering a collaborative environment and opportunities for growth within the firm. Compensation is based on experience.
