Role Description This is a part-time role that will transition into full-time for a Social Media Manager located in the Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing social media accounts, developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and analyzing social media performance. Daily tasks will include monitoring social media trends, writing and scheduling posts, and engaging with the online community to enhance brand presence.

Qualifications 1-2+ years experience managing client social media accounts

Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills

Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategies

Strong Communication and Writing skills

Ability to analyze social media performance and metrics

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency with social media management tools

Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Experience in a marketing agency environment is a plus
