P&L Ownership : Manage financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting for the digital division.Lead global operations across three regions, managing a digital division team of 200+ and expanding in the US, India, Middle East, Mexico, and Puerto Rico.Drive organic growth, system integration, and operational restructuring.Oversee project delivery, budgeting, and cost management across a diverse SaaS portfolio.Collaborate closely with the digital group to support AI implementations, dashboards, and product support.Influence and implement company-wide vision as part of the senior leadership team.Global Delivery Leadership : Oversee end-to-end delivery of digital solutions across international teams and clients.Operational Strategy : Design and implement scalable systems, processes, and KPIs to support rapid growth.Team Development : Build and mentor high-performing teams across geographies and disciplines.Technology Enablement : Partner with product and engineering to operationalize AI and SaaS offerings.Client Success : Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Sales, Product, Finance, and HR to align operations with company goals.THE CANDIDATE
Experience and Professional Qualifications
The ideal candidate brings a builder mentality, thriving in ambiguity and adept at creating structure from complexity. They have proven success managing distributed teams and delivery hubs across global operations, with deep fluency in scaling and supporting SaaS and AI-driven products. Their familiarity with infrastructure, construction, or capital program environments equips them to lead within the business consulting and civil engineering domain. Having operated in fast-paced, private equity-backed settings, they are comfortable navigating investor-driven growth. Above all, they are a strategic operator who balances tactical execution with long-term vision, ensuring both immediate impact and sustainable scalability.
Large P&L Leadership experience is required.Minimum 15 years of operational leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior executive role within SaaS, consulting, or engineering sectors.Demonstrated success scaling global operations in a high-growth, private equity-backed environment, ideally from $30M to $100M+ in revenue.Strong understanding of digital transformation, including AI / ML deployment, cloud-based SaaS delivery, and agile methodologies.Proven track record of P&L ownership, with experience driving profitability, efficiency, and strategic growth.Proven ability to drive organic growth, system integration, and operational restructuring.Experience overseeing project delivery, budgeting, and cost management across a diverse SaaS portfolio.Ability to influence and implement company-wide vision as part of the senior leadership team.Expertise in managing distributed teams across multiple geographies, time zones, and cultures.Familiarity with civil engineering, infrastructure, or capital program management, or the ability to quickly learn and lead within technical domains.Demonstrated ability to build scalable systems, processes, and governance frameworks from the ground up.Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.Operational excellence orientation, including mastery of KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments that require rapid decision-making and iterative execution.EDUCATION
An undergraduate degree in business, engineering or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
