• Strong neurosurgery experience
• 2+ years of OR experience in a hospital setting

Description :

This position requires strong neurosurgery experience.

The unit performs high volumes of general and neuro surgeries, including craniotomies, orthopedic surgeries, robotic surgeries, some urology, and plastic surgeries.

Additional procedures performed include heart surgeries and transplants.

A patient ratio of 1 : 1 for OR nursing is expected.

Surgical tech availability is 1-2 per case.

Candidates must have experience with robotic equipment and familiarity with various OR machinery.

Documentation will be conducted in the designated system.

Candidates must demonstrate friendliness and compassion towards patients.

Strict adherence to dress code is required.

Facility will provide scrubs.

Clean and healthy nail policy is enforced, restrictions on gel and artificial nails apply.

Hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors.

Facial hair must be clean and neatly trimmed.

Body art should be covered whenever possible.

Visible piercings, other than earrings, are prohibited.
