Responsibilities

  • Arrange domestic and complex international travel for busy executives, including air, car, hotel, and ground transportation
  • Build rapport with business travelers to ensure their needs are met by a trusted team of corporate travel professionals
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of travel reservations while adhering to company guidelines
  • Provide consultative support and exceptional customer service throughout the booking process
  • Manage ticketing, exchanges, and changes involving complex international fares with minimal disruption to travel plans
  • Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in corporate travel management
  • In-depth familiarity with the Sabre Global Distribution System (GDS) for fare calculations and itinerary management
  • Proven ability to handle complex itineraries and Passenger Name Records (PNRs)
  • Strong communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor when interacting with clients
  • Ability to manage multiple urgent tasks while maintaining efficiency and quality
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous exposure to quality control processes for travel bookings
  • Experience with ticketing procedures and scripting for both international and domestic travel
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and adapt to new technologies
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage tasks successfully
