A company is looking for a Talent Operations Coordinator / Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to streamline the interview process in a high-volume environment
Develop and maintain recruiting processes and data accuracy in the ATS, Greenhouse
Support onboarding and ensure a smooth experience for new hires, including communication and I-9 verification
Required Qualifications
BA or BS degree with at least 2 years of experience in recruiting or HR coordination
Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks
Experience in a dynamic, high-volume environment
Proficient with Google Workspace and adaptable to new technologies
Experience using Greenhouse or other applicant tracking systems
