Under general direction, you'll manage assigned accounts and leverage proven Drury Sales Procedures to maximize occupancy across our hotel system.
80% of your day will be spent directly interacting with customers, ensuring their experience is welcoming, memorable, and exceeds expectations. You'll play a vital role in upholding Drury's high standards of service and hospitality while maximizing revenue.
Job Duties
- Manage key accounts & deliver exceptional support (phone / email).
- Collaborate with Hotel & Sales to coordinate accounts and manage follow-up
- Adaptable to Company Programs : Learn & leverage Drury resources
- Ensure accuracy in all quotes by adhering to account and rate guidelines, while seeking approval for any exceptions
- Record sales calls with precision and efficiency
- Develop customized strategies for your accounts, utilizing internal and external resources
- Expand our reach by cross-selling our diverse hotel portfolio, unlocking more stays with Drury
Qualifications
College degree preferred in Business, Marketing, or a related field1+ year account management & retention experience (sales / marketing preferred)Proficient in Microsoft Office and possesses exceptional organizational skills
