Job Description
Lead and manage ground-up construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders for seamless project execution.
Oversee procurement processes, including materials and equipment sourcing, to meet project needs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.
Address and resolve any challenges or delays that may arise during construction.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, reports, and change orders.
Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Project Manager should have :
Proven experience managing ground-up construction projects in the retail, restaurant, or brewery sectors.
Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Exceptional organizational and leadership skills to manage teams and timelines effectively.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and project stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
