All-Pro Fleet Services in White City, OR is seeking a motivated, customer-focused professional to join our team as a full-time Lead Auto Service Advisor . In this role, you will interact with a diverse clientele, providing expert advice and exceptional service while playing a crucial part in our service department. Would you excel in this position? Here's what you need :

• 7+ years of experience in service writing, with 10+ years being ideal
• Experience working with auto, tire, and commercial vehicle repair businesses
• Experience in general repair, commercial fleet maintenance, and / or fast-paced commercial tire repair facilities
• Strong customer service skills
• High-performing oral and written communication skills
• Ability to set and drive weekly / monthly sales goals throughout All-Pro Fleet Services
• Ability to authorize repairs for multiple fleet repair technicians
• Ability to understand and drive results concerning technician efficiency and scheduling repair orders
