Proficiency driving a forklift and aerial work platform. Knowledge of electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and process flow diagrams. Basic understanding of food safety principles. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Spanish language skills are a strong plus but not mandatory.
Manufacturing Maintenance Technician (Food Manufacturing) (CA / YM)
Garden Grove, CA | 3rd shift (9 : 00 PM to 6 : 00 AM)
Base pay : $50,000 – $56,000 per year | Annual bonus available.

Responsibilities
- Respond to service requests from production and other departments.
- Troubleshoot, repair, or improve equipment as appropriate.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment life.
- Improve production efficiency, reduce energy consumption, waste, maintenance cost, and enhance safety and work environment.
- Communicate with shift supervisor and coworkers to complete work orders.
- Maintain tools, machine parts, supplies, and workshop well.
- Input work orders using CMMS (eMaint).
- Manage and operate utility equipment : electric switch gears, boiler, air compressor, chiller, ventilation.
- Assist with company projects and support maintenance manager and related department.
- Regularly inspect machinery and equipment for wear, potential issues, and safety compliance.
