Overview :

The Scrum Master will be responsible for guiding mobile application teams through the SDLC delivery process, ensuring the team adheres to Agile methodologies, and fostering a collaborative, efficient, and productive work environment.

Position :

Scrum Master (Mobile Application, SDLC Delivery)

Responsibilities :

Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.) for mobile application development teams.

Manage the full SDLC delivery process, ensuring project milestones and timelines are met.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and transparent communication.

Coach teams in Agile methodologies and best practices to improve team performance and productivity.

Track progress using Jira and Confluence, maintaining visibility on deliverables.

Identify and resolve any blockers or issues preventing team progress.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, adaptability, and growth.

Requirement Qualifications :

5-7 years of Scrum Master experience for mobile application teams.

Deep knowledge of managing complex SDLC delivery.

Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Proficient in Jira and Confluence for project management and collaboration.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Self-starter, highly motivated, with a growth mindset.

Quick learner with the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
