We are working with a top Am Law100 firm with more than 1,000 attorneys across 17 offices coast to coast. Their Downtown Denver office is quickly growing, and their Energy, Labor & Employment (L&E), and Digital Assets and Data Management (DADM) practice teams are seeking a Litigation Legal Secretary to support multiple attorneys in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
Practice Group Backgrounds :
The Digital Assets and Data Management (DADM) group helps clients manage risks and leverage data and technology throughout the entire data lifecycle—from privacy and security to advertising, transactions, and emerging technologies. Their work bridges the legal, tech, and compliance landscapes.
The Energy and Labor & Employment (L&E) teams handle complex matters spanning commercial litigation, regulatory compliance, and client advocacy in high-stakes business contexts. Attorneys in these groups rely on skilled support staff to manage administrative and legal workflows efficiently.
Role Details :
The firm is seeking a Litigation Legal Secretary with at least five years of experience , preferably in a larger law firm. This person will support multiple attorneys across the three practice areas. The ideal candidate is proactive, self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented , capable of managing multiple priorities in a traditional, high-expectation office environment. Business professional attire is required, and familiarity with firm timekeeping software is preferred.
This role requires creativity, independent judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information . The candidate should view no task as too big or too small and be comfortable providing top-tier administrative support to a busy legal team.
Job Duties :
Provide highly efficient administrative support to multiple attorneys.
Assist attorneys with client-service support demands, including answering phones, performing administrative tasks, document production, and other related responsibilities.
Communicate with attorneys and help balance team workload to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Prepare internal paperwork, including expense vouchers, messenger vouchers, and forms for other support departments.
Schedule meetings and events, coordinate business travel with the Travel Department, reserve conference rooms, and order refreshments when necessary.
Prepare and process legal documents, including subpoenas, complaints, motions, and other pre-trial materials.
Demonstrate teamwork by providing administrative support to other staff as needed and assist with onboarding new legal and support personnel.
Arrange filing and service of documents, including electronic filing.

The ideal candidate will have excellent people skills, organizational abilities, and planning acumen. They will be adaptable to changing priorities, exercise independent judgment, and maintain confidentiality. They will act as a reliable partner to attorneys while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Salary & Benefits :
Salary : $75K–$90K DOE
Hybrid Schedule : 1 day remote per week (set schedule, subject to firm discretion); parking not included
