Location : Jacksonville, FL (Remote with 5 onsite training days) Start Date : November 10

Job Overview : TEKsystems is partnering with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution, to hire Member Service Representatives in Jacksonville, FL. This remote position requires candidates to reside in the Jacksonville area for occasional onsite training days.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries and requests in a high-volume, structured contact center.
• Provide detailed information about company products and services, ensuring excellent member experience and customer service.
• Conduct transactions related to savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts.
• Advise members on additional products and services that may suit their needs.
• Manage a call volume of 80100+ calls daily.

Qualifications

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week.

Shifts fall between 11 : 00 AM and 9 : 30 PM Monday-Saturday.

One rotating day off during the week and one weekend day off.

Must have a 9.5-hour window of flexibility. Schedules are provided two weeks in advance.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
