Program Manager Overview cFocus Software is seeking a highly experienced and certified Program Manager to lead enterprise-level cybersecurity projects in support of federal agency initiatives.

The Program Manager will oversee program execution, ensure alignment with agency goals, and drive excellence in cybersecurity management, compliance, and delivery.

This position requires a strong background in leadership, project management, and cybersecurity operations.  This position is full-time and may require on-site support at federal agency locations in the Washington, D.C. metro area.

Some telework flexibility may be available based on mission needs.

Responsibilities The Program Manager shall perform duties that include, but are not limited to :

• Provide leadership and direction to ensure successful execution of all program objectives, deliverables, and milestones.
• Develop, implement, and manage project plans, schedules, and resources to ensure on-time and within-scope delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and government leadership.
• Oversee the coordination and integration of all cybersecurity-related projects under the contract.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal cybersecurity frameworks, policies, and standards.
• Manage risk, cost, and performance metrics across multiple concurrent projects.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports, briefings, and updates to senior government officials.

Lead teams in applying best practices in project management, IT service delivery, and cybersecurity governance.
