A company is looking for a Banking Customer Support Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities :
Answer inbound calls from customers and resolve inquiries promptly and professionally
Educate clients on account services, features, and digital capabilities
Guide clients through banking procedures and troubleshoot basic banking issues
Required Qualifications :
High School Diploma
Call center experience preferred; banking or financial services experience highly desired
Familiarity with financial products and account services
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Citrix or Active Directory is a plus
Patient and empathetic, especially when assisting elderly clients
