Job Description

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Sunbelt Staffing is looking for a compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week full-time contract in Clemson, SC, with potential for extension. In this field-based role, youll partner with a respected national home health agency to provide quality patient care.

Position Details :

Hiring Company : Sunbelt Staffing
Client : Nationwide Home Health Agency
Location : Clemson, SC, and surrounding areas
Contract Type : 13-week contract, with possibility of extension
Hours : Full-Time, Scheduled 40 hours per week - no guaranteed hours
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm, with occasional weekends and on-call
Productivity : 30-32 per week, up to 35 patients per week
Pay : Negotiable with client based on candidate experience, and territory budget; paid hourly - not by visit;blendedpay packages available for travelers; weekly pay
Benefits : Medical, dental, vision, 401 (k) after 90 days
Mileage : .38c visit to visit, 150-250 miles per week expected

Position Requirements :

Active South Carolina (SC) Registered Nurse (RN) License

Active American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS

Minimum 1 year of home health experience

Minimum 1 year of Oasis and Homecare Homebase experience

Reliable transportation

Joint Commission onboarding upon offer

Position Duties :

Perform comprehensive assessments of patients in their homes

Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

Administer skilled nursing care and treatments as prescribed by physicians

Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and self-care techniques

Accurately document all patient care activities in Oasis and Homecare Homebase

Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and high-quality care delivery

Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences

Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulations governing home health services.

Residents enjoy outdoor recreation such as hiking, boating at Lake Hartwell, and nearby parks, along with a variety of local dining, shopping, and cultural experiences.

Important Note : This is a contract position with limited training. Candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience and be proficient in OASIS documentation and Homecare Homebase (HCHB) to be considered.
